Upgrading to a suite made for a comfortable stay. everything was clean and organized. The breakfast had a warm atmosphere with multiple choices, including delicious marmalade, which was a standout. Unfortunately, the desk setup posed safety issues, as I tripped over drawers that wouldn’t stay closed. Additionally, the restrictive blackout shades allowed too much light in from the parking lot, leading to a bright room at night.

The room was adequately comfortable, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. A highlight was the good breakfast that offered a variety of options, including healthy salads. However, the heater malfunctioned during the night, blowing out cold air and interrupting our sleep. The parking situation was quite poor, likely due to restaurant patrons taking up spaces meant for hotel guests. Additionally, there were issues with being overcharged for a cot. the front desk staff didn’t seem equipped to resolve it effectively.
